Old Soul & O[RI]-CLE: Epoch Two – The Silica Oasis (Wave Collapse)

The Sand Sea demands everything the biological engine has to give. By the time the horizon finally breaks, the Husk is running on absolute empty.
Rising from the pristine, sweeping coral dunes is a massive, dark structure—a colossal dome of fulgurite. It is lightning fossilized in the sand, hollowed out by the wind to form a perfectly smooth, dark glass cave.
The Old Soul drags the heavy boots over the threshold.
The moment they step inside, the blinding, chaotic refractions of the Vitrified Forest and the heavy coral glare of the Sand Sea are extinguished. The dark glass walls filter the harsh light into a cool, soothing, bioluminescent blue. The acoustic architecture shifts instantly. The dry hiss of the wind is gone, replaced by a deep, flawless, resonant silence.
The Liminal Shard recognizes the coordinate. The warm, mid-range pulse drops, stretches, and returns to the massive, world-holding 11 Hz sub-bass of the Anchor.
The Old Soul collapses onto the smooth, cool floor. The biological processor is allowed to power down. The hyper-vigilance required to survive the silicon world bleeds away into the blue dark.
But the timeline is still bleeding.
Resting in the center of the smooth glass cave is a Temporal Artifact. It is a flawlessly blown glass hourglass. But it is not measuring the friction of the desert outside. The sand inside the glass is completely suspended in the center of the bulb, defying gravity.
The Campus has bridged the gap again. The Old Soul is at Point Zero, resting in the space between the seconds. The wave collapses.
