Moments of Awareness with Peace & the Dudes collects the names and, when applicable, web addresses of bands and artists for the purpose of giving credit for their works when said bands and artists have entered into MOA's Artist Agreement. This information will be freely distributed as widely as possible with the purpose of driving listeners and viewers your way. We make no copyright claim to your work and expect no payment for exposure provided. You may request changes or corrections regarding future uses (for instance if your band's name changes) or end the agreement going forward at any time by contacting us in writing via email or snail mail:
Moments of AwarenessPreviously posted or published copies of your audio track/song/performance/video/image/artwork(s) will not be altered or removed from MOA's avenues of distribution, which may include show backgrounds, YouTube and other streaming services, blog and/or website postings, printed materials, and/or other platforms or mediums. In the case of show backgrounds, you may request that we no longer use, going forward, backgrounds in which your audio track/song/performance/video/image/artwork(s) is(are) dis/played, but we would ask you to consider that in doing so you will also be denying exposure to the other bands and artists included in that background.
MOA Tarot & Astrology collects, for the purpose of providing astrological charts and readings and only to the degree you choose to provide it, such personal information as your first and last names, your date, time, and place of birth, and your shipping address, as well as where necessary (such as for synastry readings) the same information about other parties of your choosing. Any information collected through any related contact (web form, email, snail mail, etc.) is used internally only, only for the purposes for which you provide it, and it will never be sold, rented, given away, or otherwise disclosed to outside parties without your further express permission. All information will be transmitted securely through Paypal, and your financial data will not be stored or even seen by us. Information provided for readings will be maintained in an off-line database for use in future charts and readings, and you may request at any time that it be changed or deleted by contacting us in writing via email or snail mail:

We and some of our business partners (for example, advertisers) may use cookies on our site. A cookie is a piece of data stored on the site visitor's hard drive to help us improve your access to our site, to identify repeat visitors, and/or to track and target your interests in order to enhance your experience at MOA. For instance, using a cookie to identify you prevents your having to enter a password or other information multiple times. MOA also partners with reputable third parties to provide specific services, such as shipping and some product fulfillment. From time to time MOA may request information via surveys or contests.
